Delete your data

You are always in control of your data with GstTracker. You can ask us to delete it at any time, in either of these ways:

1. On WhatsApp (fastest)

Send reset to GstTracker on WhatsApp. To prevent accidents we ask you to confirm — reply reset confirm — and we then permanently erase your entire profile and all associated data from our platform.

2. By email

Email support@gsttracker.in from the details you use with us, mentioning your registered WhatsApp number and that you want your data deleted.

What gets deleted

On a deletion request we remove your personal data and the documents and books associated with your account — including the invoices, bank statements and files you sent us and the data read from them. We may retain a limited amount of information only where the law requires (for example, certain tax or accounting records), and for no longer than that legal period.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within the timelines required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can also withdraw consent or stop messages at any time by sending STOP on WhatsApp.
